Happy New Year

My best wishes to my readers and friends for a happy, safe, and prosperous 2009. I'm not alone in bidding 2008 good riddance - although the year went well for me professionally, the current state of the world on many fronts is tenuous at best. I hope and pray that the world has nowhere to go but up at this point.
